Analytical Electron Microscopy

Overview

The materials that govern our day-to-day lives are based on their constituent atoms. And based on types of atoms present, their arrangement in crystal lattice, the grains and beyond, their material properties behave differently, whether it is its strength, conductivity or many other properties. As a result, electron microscopy is tantamount to see these microscopic features and relate them to how the material behaves.
